Mr.Fredrick Loco Ayera is the Founder and C.E.O. of Freddy Homes Ltd., a fast rising Real Estate Investment Company with the Head Office located in Lagos and other offices in Asaba and Port-Harcourt. He was born and raised in Warri, Delta State. Attended Primary and Secondary School in Warri. A Graduate of IMT Enugu, where he studied Marketing.He has a wealth of experience working with Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company. In his pursuit for knowledge and excellence, he proceeded to study Logistics in Austria and has attended several courses in Europe, for him, building oneself is key to increased resilience and grit. He is a seasoned business developer, sales and marketing strategist, an entrepreneur and one of the directors of a leading marine brokerage in Europe. A personification par excellence, a man of highest integrity, selfless, passionate about God and service to humanity, he is also well travelled. He is happily married with children.
